AnyMind <> DDI Connect: Accelerating Next-Gen Commerce for Indonesia

Together with the recently merged Digital Distribusi Indonesia (DDI), AnyMind Group hosted the “AnyMind <> DDI Connect: Accelerating Next-Gen Commerce for Indonesia” event in Jakarta last week. At the event, customers were introduced to new horizons and possibilities in the e-commerce and marketing space, including AnyMind’s e-commerce management platform, AnyX, now available for DDI’s principals.

The event commenced with welcome remarks from Lidyawati Aurelia, Country Manager of Indonesia, AnyMind Group, who expressed gratitude to all the clients and partners in attendance.

Kosuke Sogo, CEO & co-founder of AnyMind Group, took the stage to provide an introduction to the company and shared the synergies between AnyMind Group and DDI. These synergies are now combined to offer customers of both companies a one-of-a-kind offering in the Indonesia market.

Daito Kase, Product Manager at AnyMind Group, shared the technological capabilities of AnyX, highlighting how it can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of businesses in Indonesia and facilitate cross-border expansion across Asia.

Following this, Tatum Kembara, CEO of DDI and Managing Director of D2C and E-commerce Enablement at AnyMind Group, discussed DDI’s growth over the past year and shared about challenges faced by the e-commerce sector.

Tatum then moderated a panel discussion with participants including Kosuke Sogo, Fransiscus Leo Chandra, AVP of Category Development at Tokopedia, Fransisca Krisantia, Group Head Groceries and Lifestyle at Blibli, and Samuel Pandhega, Director of Digital Commerce at Unilever Indonesia.

During the panel, the speakers delved into topics such as the post-pandemic e-commerce industry, the key metrics for driving sales on various platforms, and the upcoming trends for 2024. These trends encompass high-tech features like automation in customer service and advancements in e-commerce capabilities across different platforms and channels.
