Reckitt Benckiser’s Mead Johnson selects AnyMind Group’s DDI as e-commerce enabler for Tokopedia
Mead Johnson to tap into DDI’s services for store operations, customer service, inventory management and advance payment of promotions, along with AnyMind Group’s technology
AnyMind Group, a technology company for the business supply chain, has today announced that Mead Johnson Indonesia, part of British multinational consumer goods company, Reckitt Benckiser, has selected Digital Distribusi Indonesia (DDI) as its e-commerce enabler for Tokopedia in Indonesia for its Enfamil and Enfagrow brands.
DDI will provide Mead Johnson with services such as store operations, customer service, inventory management and advance payment of promotions. This is further enhanced through AnyMind Group’s proprietary technology, particularly e-commerce management platform AnyX to streamline store operations and analytics, and customer engagement through a native integration between AnyX and AnyChat.
On working with Mead Johnson, Tatum Kembara, Managing Director of D2C and E-Commerce Enablement, AnyMind Group, and CEO of DDI, said: “Our unique blend of deep vertical expertise and a scalable technology stack across end-to-end e-commerce and marketing provides Mead Johnson with new possibilities to grow in Indonesia. We’re always looking to deepen partnerships with our principals, unlocking greater opportunities across our entire suite of offerings as AnyMind Group.”
In September 2023, AnyMind Group completed the acquisition of Digital Distribusi Indonesia, further establishing its presence in Indonesia with expertise and services in e-commerce to complement its various platforms across marketing, e-commerce, logistics, customer engagement, and more. On top of proprietary e-commerce technology and services, DDI principals can also tap on marketing platforms such as AnyTag for influencer marketing and AnyDigital for digital marketing.
