AnyMind Group 完成收購印尼電商賦能公司 DDI

DDI 的客戶能立即使用 AnyMind Group 的數位平台包含AnyX、AnyTag、AnyDigital 和 POKKT

新加坡 - September 25, 2023 商務賦能公司 AnyMind Group [TSE: 5027] 今天宣布完成與印尼電商賦能公司 Digital Distribusi Indonesia (DDI) 的收購。

AnyMind Group 的執行長 Kosuke Sogo 十河宏輔表示：「在過去幾年中，我們為了要讓商業活動更加有效率、我們開發了橫跨電子商務、行銷、物流、客戶服務等商業供應鏈平台。透過我們的數位科技產品乘以 DDI 的電商專長，提供亞太客戶在拓展成長的路上擁有可靠的合作夥伴。」

創立於 2019 十月, DDI 在印尼在電子商務領域提供出色的專業與服務, 許多知名消費性商品品牌皆是 DDI 的客戶。收購後, DDI 會繼續以 DDI 的名稱在印尼營運, 同時也會將他們的電商專業發揮至 AnyMind Group 的其他市場中。因此, DDI 的創辦人暨 CEO Tatum Kembara 指派為 AnyMind Group 的 D2C及電商賦能事業部的常務董事。

AnyMind Group 會首先將其電商管理平台 AnyX 應用在 DDI 的印尼客戶上, 提供他們僅需單一整合儀表板即可管理、追蹤位於Tokopedia、Shopee、Lazada、Shopify、TikTok Shop等多個電商賣場資訊的平台, 更擁有整合、歸因數位廣告和銷售數據功能, 掌握即時電商資訊。此外, DDI 的客戶亦可以使用 AnyMind Group 的網紅行銷平台 (AnyTag)、數位廣告平台 (AnyDigital 和 POKKT) , 和來自印尼與亞太地區的內容發布商、應用程式開發者和內容創作者合作。

關於本次的收購和在 AnyMind Group 中的新職務, Kembara 表示：「這是個將科技與專業結合的難得機會, 使我們可以提供更多商品讓我們的客戶成長。我非常興奮能將我們在電子商務領域耕耘多年的商業洞察分享給 AnyMind Group 的其他市場中, 幫助客戶不斷成長。」
